Our Story
You've been carrying this alone long enough.
Every parent I work with arrives at the same place — exhausted, stuck, and carrying something most people around them can’t see. I know that place. It’s what brought me to this work. And it’s what keeps me in it.
You came here for a reason
You don't need someone to tell you divorce is hard. You need someone who understands exactly what kind of hard it is.
• Maybe you’re exhausted from the same fight on repeat.
• Maybe you’re watching your kids absorb tension you can’t stop.
• Maybe you’re doing everything you can — and still feel like you’re losing ground.
The change always starts with one parent. It can start with you.
The work behind the work
20 years. The same patterns.
For over 20 years I’ve worked in mental health and family systems. I’ve seen what keeps families stuck — and what finally breaks them free.
The Loop
Same argument, different day. It starts over a schedule and ends somewhere much darker.
The Reflex
You react before you have time to think. You said exactly what you swore you wouldn’t.
The Hurt
Cooperating with someone who hurt you feels almost impossible — even when you know you should.
If any of this sounds familiar — you are not broken.
I know the exhaustion of trying to look fine while feeling like you’re falling apart inside. I know the fear of how this conflict is affecting your kids.
Here is the truth:
You’re running patterns your nervous system learned under pressure. You are not broken. You are not failing. And patterns can change.
My job is to give you the tools to move from a reactive reflex to a relational response.

What it’s like to work with me
Direct. Warm. Accountable.
Direct — but never harsh.
I’ll name what I see without making you feel judged for it.
Validated — then we move.
I’ll validate what’s hard. And then we move. You won’t stay stuck in it.
Something concrete. every time
You’ll leave with a real tool you can use the same week. Not theory. Something that holds up.
The training behind the work

What parents say
In their own words.
“Djenane has created a warm, inclusive environment and a truly safe space where parents feel comfortable sharing their challenges without fear of judgment. I left feeling more confident, better prepared, and deeply encouraged in my role as a parent.” — Vendria W., Workshop Participant
« Vous êtes rentré dans notre vie comme une lumière et nous en serons à jamais reconnaissants. Plus qu’une conseillère, vous faites partie de notre famille et de notre quotidien. De par votre gentillesse et votre support, je m’améliore chaque jour avec mes enfants. » — Bintou K., Parent
“More than an advisor — part of our family. I grow with my children every day because of her.”

My promise to you
Ready to stop surviving and start showing up differently?
I can’t promise your co-parent will change. I can’t promise divorce will stop being hard. But I can promise this:
✓ You’ll respond differently — even when the other parent doesn’t
✓ You’ll have tools that hold up when it counts
✓ You’ll show up as the parent you always meant to be
After 20 years, I know that change is possible when people have the right tools and the right guide.
This is coaching — not therapy, counselling, or legal advice. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment or legal representation.
