For U to Thrive Coaching & Consulting is operated by Djenane Douglas, MSW, RSW, a Registered Social Worker and Co-Parenting Coach based in the GTA, Ontario. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with care, transparency, and respect.

We collect personal information when you complete an intake or inquiry form, book a discovery call or coaching session, subscribe to our newsletter or download a free resource, or contact us directly by email.

We do not collect payment information directly — payments are processed through third-party platforms and governed by their respective privacy policies.

Your information is used solely to schedule and provide coaching and consulting services, prepare for sessions and tailor support to your situation, communicate with you about bookings, reminders, and follow-up, maintain internal records, and comply with our legal and professional obligations as a Registered Social Worker.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
How We Store and Protect Your Information
Your information is stored in secure, password-protected systems and accessed only by Djenane Douglas. We take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. We retain your information only as long as necessary for service provision, record-keeping, and legal requirements.

Your information will not be shared with any third party without your explicit written consent, except in the following circumstances:
- Where you have given explicit consent — for example, with members of your professional team
